How do I connect my social media accounts?
To connect your social media accounts, go to the "Settings" tab and select "Connected Accounts." Tap on the platform you want to connect and follow the authorization steps. PostLikes Track supports integration with major platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook.
Is my data secure with PostLikes Track?
Yes, we take data security very seriously. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard protocols. How often is my analytics data updated?
PostLikes Track refreshes your analytics data every 2 hours by default. Premium subscribers can access real-time updates with our instant refresh feature. You can also manually refresh your data at any time by pulling down on the dashboard screen.
